- Alternate care for children unable to live in their own homes such as foster care, group homes, and child care institutions
- Juvenile Court services
- Child day care services and certification
- Supportive Home Care and Community Options Program
- Services to help people remain in the community
- Licensing of foster homes
- Protective and Representative Payee Services
- Guardianship Services
- Family Planning
- Information and referral planning
- Financial Assistance includes: Food Stamps, Medical Assistance, Wisconsin Works (W-2), Badger Care, Emergency Assistance, Low Income Home Energy Assistance
