Exact cash, check, Medicare Part B*, Humana Medicare Advantage*, and United Healthcare Medicare Advantage* accepted. *We can only accept Medicare plans issued by Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota.
Standard Dose*: $40
High Dose (65+): $75
*Children: We can offer a $40 vaccine at the drive-thru clinics for children ages 4 and up. Free school vaccination clinics for 6th-12th graders are being offered countywide; information will be sent home with students. The flu vaccine is free for children ages 6 months to 18 years who are on BadgerCare, have no insurance/insurance that doesn't cover vaccines, or are Native American or Alaskan Native--available in-office only, appointment required.
Pfizer COVID-19 Bivalent Booster Vaccine
For ages 5 and older, administered at least two months after most recent COVID-19 vaccine (primary series or booster). Parent/guardian must sign for minors 5-17 years old. Please present COVID-19 card.

No appointments are needed for any of the scheduled clinics. You may choose to receive flu vaccine only, COVID-19 booster only, or both. Flu and COVID-19 vaccines can be given at the same time.

To expedite service at our clinics, we ask that you do the following:
- Wear short sleeves and have your arm readily accessible.
- Bring your completed authorization form(s). Printed copies will be available on-site.
- Provide exact payment of $40 or $75 (depending on vaccine preference) or applicable insurance card. Make checks payable to "Door County Public Health". We can only accept checks or exact cash amount.
- If requesting a COVID-19 booster, please bring your COVID-19 vaccination record (card or digital copy).
