HOT MIX ASPHALT

DOOR COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT

Sealed proposals will be received by the Door County Highway Department at 1001 S. Duluth Avenue, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 until 8:00 am, July 5, 2022, for the following items:

Item 1.   Approx. 500 tons of 3LT, Binder Hot Mix asphalt.  This project is part of the Local Road Improvement Program, LRIP # 17410, for the Town of Forestville, W Center Road, from Mill Road to terminus.

Item 2.   Approx. 2,150 tons of 3LT, Binder Hot Mix Asphalt.  This project is part of the Local Road Improvement Program, LRIP # 17514, for Door County Highway Department, CTH MM, from Hwy 42/57 to Rock Farm Road.

Quotes shall be provided in cost per ton basis loaded on to County Highway Department trucks.

Door County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted, or to accept any part or combination thereof, to waive any technicalities, and to accept any proposal deemed most advantages to the County and Town of Forestville.  This work is being bid to comply with the State of Wisconsin, Local Road Improvement Program.

Proposals shall be submitted on forms provided by Door County, 1001 S. Duluth Avenue, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235, and marked “2022 HMA-MM/W. Center Road”.  Copies of same, along with specifications may be obtained from the County Highway Department or from the County website: www.co.door.wi.gov and go to bids and for sale.  Any proposal submitted after the and time specified will be rejected.
