Welcome and Thank you for inquiring with the Door County Fair!  In 2025 The Door County Fair Educated and Entertained roughly 20,000 fair goers over the span of five days. 

 We at the Door County Fair strive to offer a unique vendor setting by offering a non duplicated variety of products and foods for  our fairgoers.  Are you eager to showcase your unique business, tantalize taste buds with your delicious food, or offer thirst-quenching beverages?   The Door County Fair welcomes you to become a vendor or merchant! This is your opportunity to captivate audiences and boost your brand.

The Door County Fair has a few non negotiable requirements that must be met, they include:

- A certificate of liability insurance

- Proof of automobile insurance

- A completed S-240 temporary seller's permit.

 These non negotiable requirements are referenced in our sample agreement. At this time if you wish to continue please click here for our Vendor application form. This needs to be completed before any other documents will be offered or accepted.  Our vendor relations coordinator will review and reach out by email to confirm your application has been received.

The Vendor Fair at the Door County Fair is a perfect fit for small-scale sellers, hobbyists, and side hustlers who want a flexible, affordable way to take part in the fair — without the full-time vendor requirements.

• Saturday, August 15th | 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

• Sunday, August 16th | 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

We welcome a wide variety of vendors, including:

🎨 Art and crafts
🧼 Soaps, candles, and personal care
👚 Clothing, accessories, and more!
