The Juvenile Court Clerk is the Custodian for records that include adoption, Child in Need of Protection or Services (CHIPS), delinquency, Juvenile in Need of Protection or Services (JIPS), and termination of parental rights matters. The Juvenile Clerk ensures compliance with all statutory requirements under Chapters 48 and 938 of the Wisconsin Statutes. This office cannot provide legal advice.
